Hogan Realty & Financial - Since 1983

Tom Hogan, GRI, owner and broker of Hogan Realty & Financial Services, began his career in real estate in 1977. For the next 19 years, Tom was involved with marketing, selling, financing, loan processing and escrow tracking, in addition to listing and selling homes with many of California's premier builders.

Tom obtained his broker's license in 1983 and promptly founded On-Site Sales Systems, Inc. His company succeeded in the turbulent real estate market of the early 80s, adapting to the market conditions by creating attractive selling programs.

Tom founded Hogan Realty & Financial Services, Inc. in 1991. His goal was to increase home ownership by providing buyers with financial programs that substantially reduced the amount of cash needed to close escrow. Tom reasoned that the only way to control fees, points and rebates being charged by lenders was to combine home sales and buyer financing under one roof. This strategy has been very successful.

While there are many real estate firms that now claim to offer "one-stop shopping", Hogan Realty & Financial remains the only company to offer its customers no-closing costs when purchasing a home.
